Raj Sodhi and Floyd Gaetz announce their partnerships and the launch of Umbian, Inc.

Umbian was formally established on August 3, 2009 with a vision of making a difference with technology; applying technology and strategic partnerships in new ways to create innovative, powerful and meaningful solutions for both businesses and consumers. With its primary focus on compliance management and enforcement, Umbian will also extend the electronic warranty management and staff scheduling solutions developed by AML Data (a division of AML Communications).
