Within U-Sleep, every company has a unique profile that contains its company contact information, rule sets, and communication profile.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
People management is made easy with U-Sleep's user dashboard and account management areas. Create, manage and view information for Participants/Employees, Managers and Assessors quickly and easily at any time of day. The application stores and validates personal information, contact preferences and compliance data per user.
COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT
Communication events are logged and recorded within U-Sleep for ease of reference. Detailed records showcase information pertaining to each communication event, including which individual(s) caused the notification to be sent, which individual(s) received the notification, as well as the notification type (SMS, Email or Voice call) and its current status. Each record is also time and date stamped, providing companies with a complete communication history.
DATA MANAGEMENT
To ensure privacy and confidentiality, U-Sleep securely obtains relevant data for any given compliance program. Data is then validated against previously specified file formats, and transferred into the Umbian Compliance Engine data repository for tracking and reporting of the compliance information.
RULE MANAGEMENT
Companies control the rules for usage monitoring as well as the standards for compliance for their organization. Once the rules are established within U-Sleep, rule evaluation is performed by applying usage data against those rules sets. Communication procedures are also easily established and maintained.
REPORT MANAGEMENT
U-Sleep reports usage and compliance statistics in easy to read chart/graph formats. Compliance time periods can be changed from daily to weekly views, and from one to several Participants/employees at a time.
