Create, Manage and View Personal Information
Users have the ability to create and manage personal information within the application. Basic information is captured and maintained for each compliance program Participant, Monitor and Assessor. Individual user access to areas within the application is granted using a permissions based system.
Enroll and Manage Participants
Includes identifying the person as a Participant, capturing their compliance device information and enrolling them in the Rule Sets they are to be monitored against.
Create, Manage and View Personal Communication Preferences
Capture and view the methods by which a person may be contacted and the acceptable time periods during which the notifications may be sent.
Validate Personal Communication Preferences
Every contact method stored is validated (i.e. validate phone number and/or email address on file) prior to Participant launch. Validation will be performed via the defined method (i.e., Email, SMS or Voice) and within the acceptable contact times.
Create and Manage Person Relationship information
The relationships defined for an individual Participant will be used to direct compliance notifications. The system will allow the storage of an unlimited number of relationships of type 'Monitor' and 'Assessor'.

Rule Execution/Evaluation
User data is validated against the rules set within the compliance management platform. Participants are deemed "In Compliance" or "Out of Compliance" based on standards previously established.
Communications and Notifications
Notifications are generated by the Rules Evaluation process and directed to the appropriate recipients according to the Communication Profiles associated with the compliance rules. Notifications are queued and condensed to ensure that every individual only receives one notification via each communication method per rule evaluation cycle.
Notification Delivery and Confirmation
Outbound notifications can occur via Email, SMS or Voice. Inbound notifications, such as records of messages sent and/or Participant responses, are also stored within the application for tracking purposes.
Usage and Compliance Statistic Reporting
Usage and compliance rating reporting is available for each individual Participant as well as on an overall Company-wide level.
